A Demat account is also known as Dematerialized account. In other words, it’s an account that allows you to hold the shares you purchase in electronic or dematerialized form. In simple terms, A Demat account is very similar to a bank account that retains financial instruments such as shares and securities. 

A trading account is used to purchase and sell shares in stock markets. Once you have a Demat Account and want to sell your shares or purchase new securities, you need a Trading Account.
The difference between a Demat and a Trading Account is that a Demat Account holds the shares and securities (Ex: Bonds, ETFs, Mutual Funds units) in digital mode, while a Trading Account provides the interface to buy and sell shares in the stock market. Despite the different roles they play, the Demat and Trading Account work together to make online trading possible.

Investors have live access to their managed accounts at all times, either through an online portal or directly through the trading platform. You can also access it through the BNR MTrade Application (Available on Android & iOS). You can view the daily trade activity, including balance, profits, open and closed trades, in real-time.

However, you cannot place your trades on the account unless you revoke the LPOA, which, as stated, is the document that enables the trader the ability to trade on your behalf.  

The process to open an account with us is simple and easy. All you need is to send the below documents to our support team:

Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Softcopy of passport size photo, Canceled Cheque, Latest 6 Months Bank Statement with IFSC/MICR code, Electronic Signature (eSign), Mobile Number, Email address.

Note: The scanned copy of a signature is required to verify the signature with the PAN card. In case of a mismatched signature, the application might reject, and you need to provide a signature accordingly to comply with the KYC requirements, which are mandatory.

After opening the account successfully, you will receive a Beneficial Owner Identification Number, also known as Demat Account Number.
